Processing & Shipping Times

   All print orders are made to order and in print production for 3-5 working (excluding weekends and holidays).
   You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and always shipped with tracked postage.
   Estimated delivery times vary depending on your country and shipping carrier. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.

UK 3 - 5 working days
Europe 5 - 7 working days 
Rest of the world 7 - 14 working days 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

   International orders will be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by your country.
These charges are not included in the total at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Unfortunately I have no control over these charges, as they are determined by your country’s customs regulations. If you are unsure, please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order is shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damage or incorrect items received.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and I will work to resolve it.
